Asara Wine Estate and Hotel situated in Stellenbosch has the above position available for a friendly, presentable, hardworking, and reliable individual to join us for our summer season.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Interact with customers, take orders & serve drinks and snacks.
- Assess customers’ needs and preferences and provide recommendations and suggestions for guests
- Plan and present bar menu.
- Mix drinks, cocktails and other bar beverages as ordered and in compliance with hotel standard drink recipes.
- Prepare alcohol or non-alcoholic beverages.
- Arrange ingredients, bottles and glasses to make attractive displays.
- Ensure all legal regulations & hygiene standards are adhered to
- Assist with liquor inventory & stocktake

**Skills needed**
- Excellent communication skills (Verbal and Written) & interpersonal skills
- Excellent English & Africans language skills, additional foreign language beneficial
- Computer savvy (POS System)
- Detail-orientated
- Ability to multitask, and prioritize
- Calm under pressure

**Qualifications and Experience**
- High School Diploma
- 3 years’ experience in a bartending role within an upmarket establishment (hospitality setting preferred)
