Weekend Barman

**Position Overview**:
The Barman / Barista is responsible for preparing high-quality coffee and cocktails, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean, organised bar and coffee station.

Must be available to work from October 2025 - March 2026.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Beverage Preparation**: Craft coffee drinks (e.g., espressos, lattes) and mix alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages.
- **Customer Service**: Greet guests, offer recommendations, and ensure a welcoming experience.
- **Workspace Management**: Keep the bar and coffee area clean and stocked; maintain equipment.
- **Teamwork**: Collaborate with staff and assist in training as needed.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Experience as a barista and/or bartender.
- Knowledge of coffee brewing, latte art, and cocktails.
- Excellent customer service and multitasking skills.

**Work Environment**:
Fast-paced, with standing for extended periods and shifts during evenings, weekends, or holidays.

**Compensation**:
Minimum wage and a percentage of the waiter's tips.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From R28,00 per hour

Expected hours: 4 - 32 per week
