Position Overview:

The Barman / Barista is responsible for preparing high-quality coffee and cocktails, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean, organised bar and coffee station.

Must be available to work from October March 2026.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Beverage Preparation: Craft coffee drinks (e.g., espressos, lattes) and mix alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages.
  • Customer Service: Greet guests, offer recommendations, and ensure a welcoming experience.
  • Workspace Management: Keep the bar and coffee area clean and stocked; maintain equipment.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with staff and assist in training as needed.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience as a barista and/or bartender.
  • Knowledge of coffee brewing, latte art, and cocktails.
  • Excellent customer service and multitasking skills.

Work Environment:

Fast-paced, with standing for extended periods and shifts during evenings, weekends, or holidays.

Compensation:

Minimum wage and a percentage of the waiter's tips.
