Every dish reflects the inventive spirit and creative mastery of its acclaimed head chef, who blends tradition with contemporary flair.Candidate requirements;Preferably 3+ years previous experience as a BarmanAbility to travel to and from the property for late shifts as requiredPassionate about the hospitality industryExcellent interpersonal & communication skills, written and verbal (in person and telephonic)Strong customer service orientation with excellent people skillsAbility to maintain a professional working relationship with all departments and across cultures and religionsComfortable in dealing with very distinguished clienteleHonesty, flexibility, accountability and friendlinessProfessional manner and attitudePunctual & self-disciplinedExtreme attention to detailBasic computer and administration skillsResponsibilities;Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons;Interact with customers, take orders and serve drinks and snacks;Assess customers needs and preferences and make recommendations;Mix and prepare ingredients for cocktails.Plan and present bar menu;Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies;Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience;Comply with all food and beverage regulations & ensure minimum losses;Maintain standards of hygiene and cleanliness in all bar areas;Check drinks presentations and temperature to make sure of its quality;Ensure everything in the bar is set-up and ready for service, including the coffee stations and all machines;Assist management in taking bar stock.
