**Job Purpose Summary**:
Acts as the first point of contact with the customers, developing long term relationships with assigned customers, portraying/ professionalism and confidence that delivers the ultimate in customer relationships and support the
Account Mangers.
**Key Duties & Responsibilities**:
- Identify and create up-sell and cross-sell opportunities within customer accounts
- Have a solid and foundational understanding and knowledge of the products to confidently advise and assist customers
- Assisting clients on live chat
- First line escalation for sales administrator team with product/sales related queries
- First in line to assist Account Managers’ clients when Account Managers are not available
- Attend and oversee credit note process related to your customer and or orders
- Ensure all orders are up to date and customer pro-actively updated
- Managing assigned customer accounts and building relationships
- Attend queries and issues raised by clients
- Assist Sales Supervisor with ADHOC requirements as needed

**Education and Qualifications Required: Comments and Special Consideration**:
- Grade 12 **IT hardware distribution experience**:
- Sales qualification - advantageous Preferred
- Clear Credit record (essential)
