You will be joining a dynamic management team in a highly profitable national home-grown organisation looking at expanding further through organic growth and M&A.

**The role**:
Reporting to the Operations Director, you will play a key sales-related administrative and team management role, motivating and supporting your team of Area Sales Managers, providing them with all the tools, metrics and information required to successfully service their clients.

**Key responsibilities include**
- Co-ordinating and preparing sales reports, managing client leads and client queries
- Communicating and handling sales information by assisting in setting sales targets; determining bonus criteria; detailed weekly reporting on key issues i.e. tracking of sales against budget, individual sales against target, stock availability, competitor pricing and activity
- Monitoring individual sales performance and customer call rate activity via CRM system
- Monitoring achievement of monthly sales targets and reporting on deviations
- Monitoring sales trends and liaising with Area Sales Managers to develop / improve their sales strategies
- Oversee implementation of the agreed sales plans per Area Sales Manager
- Raising quotations and processing orders received from the sales team and customers
- Liaising with Logistics / Warehouse Department to ensure timeous deliveries and updating customers about their order status
- Interacting with large clients
- Communicating important feedback from customers internally
- Maintaining client records and sales data
- Staying up-to-date with new products and features

**Key requirements include**
- Matric with a diploma or bachelor's degree in management, marketing, sales, or business ideal
- Proven experience in sales administration, managing and motivating a team through sales administration and support
- Expert level experience with industry software such as Skynamo, SAP and MS Office or a related CRM system is critical to interpret and track sales data
- Advanced knowledge of administrative recordkeeping
- Proficiency with word processing and advanced spreadsheet software
- High level of Computer literacy, IT skills and integrated systems

**Salary**: R70,000.00 - R85,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- managing a team: 3 years (preferred)
