**Overview**:
The Office Administrator will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the office. This will include managing incoming and outgoing communication, scheduling and coordinating meetings and supplier orders, maintaining office supplies and equipment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Data capturing and document creation
- Handle correspondence with management and suppliers
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Receive deliveries, coordinate collections with the management team
- Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments
- Manage supplies and equipment, including ordering and restocking as needed
- Maintain office files and records in an organized and efficient manner, including digital files
- Place orders with suppliers, manage supplier invoices and statements

**Qualifications**:

- At least 2 years of experience as an office administrator or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- High school diploma or equivalent; Certifications for the role will be beneficial
