This is an opportunity to run the full production function of the business and work closely with the Managing Director as a 2IC. This organisation is committed to developing its technology, product range and people; in order to become the top competitor in the market.
**Your key responsibilities**:
The Production Engineer will oversee the business operations working closely with a strong middle management team to create efficiencies, improve process & productivity, reduce risk, and ensure scalability as the business continues its rapid growth trajectory.
This role will also focus on interesting projects, such as digitising the production & process reporting dashboards to provide valuable live information and improve on planning.
Essentially this role will form part of the executive management and will form an integral part of the overall business management as a 2IC.
**Our required expertise**:
- BEng Production/Process/Industrial or equivalent
- Minimum of 7 year within an FMCG environment
- Sound managerial skillset with employees at all levels
- Experience within the Plastics sector will be an advantage
- Solid business acumen
- Passionate about holistic company growth
