- Job Purpose To manage and control an efficient and effective running operation in both recycling and production areas. To deliver sustainable, vital, and accurate information to assist both our suppliers and clients, and to provide Senior Management with operational and production figures and reports. Minimum Requirements Diploma or Degree 5 years minimum work experience Experience within waste and recycling industry and/or manufacturing environment Excellent knowledge of MS Office products and Document Management systems Key Attributes Pro-active approach with the ability to work unsupervised Assertive and Strong leadership skills Performance and target driven Key Performance Areas Staff management and training Time management of staff Budget control Housekeeping/safety and PPE management Warehouse and storage management Recycling and dismantling efficiency control Production target management Maintenance planning and scheduling Control workflows and optimising staff utilisation Supervision of manufacturing processes Logistics and transport optimisation Inventory management and stock control Supplier and customer relations Management of documents and paperwork Develop weekly reports for snr.
