**Responsibilities to Include but not limited to**:

- Strive to reach established sales targets by explaining and demonstrating the benefits of certain products and services to clients and customers.
- Maintaining records of quotations, sales order, leads and providing exceptional customer service by following up with clients to obtain feedback on quotes provided and closing deals; Assist in quotation process for sales team when necessary.
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Support in scheduling meetings for incumbent as well as Managers and Mobile Van Technicians to see customers.
- B2B cold calling: proactively initiate contacts, prospects, web leads, and current customers resulting in new opportunities.
- Speaking to potential clients (such as Maintenance Managers at Industrial or Manufacturing companies) regarding new products, services, promotions, and programs
- Track progress of leads in CRM; organize and schedule follow up calls with new and existing opportunities.
- Acquire contact information of potential leads from social media, internet, media, and data platforms.
- Generation of marketing lists.
- Execute special projects allocated by management when needed.

**Skills & Experience**
- Maintain inter-departmental relations with constructive feedback.
- Adhere to code of confidentiality related to HYTORC and its client information, its policies, rules, and regulations.
- Strong computer skills - workplace experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel is a must)
- Previous experience in an outbound call centre or related sales position preferred.
- Exceptional interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills; effective listener
- Excellent time management and organizational expertise; ability to multitask and prioritize workload.
- Can work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to always present a professional image to customers, prospects, and co-workers.

**Minimum Qualifications Required**
- Grade 12 preferably with Maths and Science
- Sales & Customer Related Post Certification
- 2 - 3 Years Experience in Internal Sales, Administration and Customer Liaison.

**Other Requirements**:

- Own Transportation

Pay: R185,000.00 - R225,000.00 per year
