**Position: Internal Sales Support**

**Location: Johannesburg**

**Salary: Market related**

**Reporting to: Internal Sales Manager**

**LED Lighting SA** is a design-led lighting company specialising in advanced LED technology. We develop and manufacture both standard and custom lighting solutions, servicing the architectural, rail, commercial, and industrial sectors.

**Responsibilities might include, but not limited to the following focus areas**:
**Order Processing**:

- Manage and process sales orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Work closely with the supply and distribution teams to coordinate product shipments and deliveries.
- Ensure all order details are correct and coordinate with relevant departments for order fulfilment.
- Monitor order status and provide timely updates to the sales team.

**Customer Service**:

- Provide product information, pricing, and availability.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and professionally.

**Sales Support**:

- Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including preparing quotes, sales reports, and presentations.
- Maintain and update customer records and sales databases.
- Track sales performance and provide regular updates to the sales manager.

**Inventory Management**:

- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the inventory team to ensure product availability.
- Assist in managing backorders and communicating with customers regarding delivery timelines.

**Documentation and Reporting**:

- Generate regular sales reports for management review.

**Coordination**:

- Liaise with various departments such as logistics, finance, and production to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to support promotional activities and campaigns.

**Continuous Improvement**:

- Identify opportunities to improve internal sales processes and customer service.
- Participate in training and development programs to stay updated with industry trends and product knowledge.

**Qualifications, Competencies and Attributes**
- Tertiary Qualification in relevant field (Advantageous)
- Proven experience in a sales support role
- Experience in lighting and manufacturing environment (Advantageous)
- Must be Computer literate
- Excellent communication and interpersonal Skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Excellent attention to details

**Preference will be given to previous lighting experience in the retail and projects avenue.**
