**The Role**

As our Casino Manager, you will be at the heart of our gaming world, responsible for driving revenue and player engagement across our Casino and Games products. You will be instrumental in shaping a best-in-class casino experience by optimising our content, supplier relationships, and operational execution. This is a fantastic opportunity to influence our casino roadmap, maximise profitability, and work with a brilliant team to deliver compelling campaigns and content strategies that captivate our customers.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage and optimise commercial relationships with key casino games suppliers to secure preferential terms.
- Take ownership of your allocated casino brands and markets, coordinating with all stakeholders to deliver winning strategies.
- Monitor game performance data and market trends to inform a dynamic and engaging content strategy.
- Drive product optimisation through strategic game selection, bet limit settings, and on-site positioning.
- Collaborate with CRM and marketing teams to ensure they have the insights needed to effectively market our casino.
- Support product and delivery teams during new game and supplier launches to enhance the player experience.
- Work closely with account management teams to ensure top-tier experiences for our VIPs.
- Conduct competitive analysis and track industry developments to ensure our ongoing market relevance.
- Partner with our Compliance teams to ensure all offerings align with regulatory and ethical standards.
- Turn performance data into actionable recommendations to drive growth and identify new opportunities.

**Key Skills and Experience**
- Strong understanding of online casino products and content across global and multi-market landscapes.
- Experience working within regulated online casino environments and their associated compliance requirements.
- Ability to analyse performance data to drive commercial decisions and track key performance indicators.
- Proven experience in product optimisation, including configuration and promotional placement.
- Highly collaborative with excellent relationship management skills across internal and external stakeholders.
- A commercial and strategic mindset with an analytical approach to decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex insights into actionable plans.
- A proactive, self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Organised and capable of prioritising effectively across multiple projects and initiatives.
