**- **Supervise and coordinate the activities of all casino staff, including dealers, cashiers, and attendants**
- **Train and develop new and existing casino staff to ensure they are knowledgeable and proficient in all aspects of their role**

**- **Monitor the casino floor to ensure that all gaming activities are conducted in compliance with** On Board Cruise Ship** policies and procedures**

**- **Maintain accurate records of casino revenue and expenses, and prepare reports for management**

**- **Develop and implement strategies to increase casino revenue and profitability**

**- **Ensure that all casino equipment is properly maintained and in good working condition**

**- **Handle any customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner**

**- **Collaborate with other departments, such as the bar and entertainment teams, to create a seamless guest experience**

**- **Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations to ensure the casino is in compliance with all laws and regulations**

**Qualifications**:
**- **Minimum of 2 years experience in a supervisory role in a casino environment**

**- **Strong knowledge of casino operations, including table games and slot machines**

**- **Excellent customer service and communication skills**

**- **Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment**

**- **Strong leadership and team management skills**

**- **Proficient in Microsoft Office and casino management software**

**- **Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the cruise schedule**

**- **Must be able to pass a background check and obtain necessary certifications**
