to oversee online casino operations, drive performance, and lead the growth of their African business.

Role Overview

As the
Casino Manager
, you will take full ownership of the online casino product — ensuring an engaging, seamless, and high-performing player experience. You'll work cross-functionally with
marketing, CRM, compliance, and development teams
to build, optimize, and evolve a world-class online casino offering.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the online casino platform, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable player experience.
  • Curate and optimize casino game portfolios, promotions, and campaigns to boost engagement and retention.
  • Partner with game providers to maintain a diverse and exciting mix of titles.
  • Analyze casino performance through data and reporting to identify trends and growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing and CRM teams to design and execute promotional strategies that drive player value.
  • Ensure all operations meet
    regulatory, compliance, and responsible gaming
    standards.
  • Leverage player feedback and behavioral insights to enhance casino offerings.
  • Partner with product and tech teams to improve UX and resolve technical challenges efficiently.
  • Stay informed on industry developments, competitor activity, and the latest game releases.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a
    Casino Manager
    or in a similar senior operational role within the
    iGaming / online gambling industry
    .
  • Deep understanding of online casino operations, player behavior, and gaming product dynamics.
  • Strong background in
    CRM, retention strategy, and promotional execution
    .
  • Data-driven with a strategic, analytical mindset.
  • Thorough knowledge of
    industry regulations and responsible gaming principles
    .
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools and casino management systems.
