Crew Life at Sea is a leading cruise line company that offers exceptional travel experiences to its guests. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Casino Manager to join our team on a full-time basis.
- Key Responsibilities:_
- Manage and lead a team of casino staff, including dealers, supervisors, and cashiers
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new players and retain existing ones
- Monitor gaming activities and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws
- Create and maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere for guests in the casino
- Train and develop staff to provide exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of professionalism
- Prepare and manage the casino budget, including tracking expenses and revenue
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure the availability of quality products and services
- Conduct regular audits to ensure the accuracy of financial transactions and adherence to company policies
- Stay updated on industry trends and developments to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
- Requirements:_
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a casino management role
- Strong knowledge of gaming regulations and laws
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Proven track record of driving revenue and managing budgets
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to pass a background check and obtain necessary licenses and certifications.

Pay: R7 380,00 - R12 780,00 per month
