Duties and Responsibilities: Managing and optimising commercial relationships with key casino game suppliers to secure preferential terms. Taking ownership of allocated casino brands and markets, coordinating with all stakeholders to deliver winning strategies. Monitoring game performance data and market trends to inform a dynamic and engaging content strategy. Driving product optimisation through strategic game selection, bet limit settings, and on-site positioning. Collaborating with CRM and marketing teams to ensure campaigns and communications are informed by player insights. Supporting product and delivery teams during new game and supplier launches to enhance the player experience. Working closely with account management teams to deliver top-tier VIP experiences. Conducting competitive analysis and tracking industry developments to maintain market relevance. Partnering with Compliance teams to ensure all offerings align with regulatory and ethical standards. Turning performance data into actionable recommendations to drive growth and identify new opportunities. Requirements: Strong understanding of online casino products and content across global and multi-market landscapes. Experience working within regulated online casino environments and their compliance frameworks. Ability to analyse performance data to drive commercial decisions and track KPIs. Proven experience in product optimisation, including configuration and promotional placement. Highly collaborative with excellent relationship management skills across internal and external stakeholders. Commercial and strategic mindset with an analytical approach to decision-making. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex insights into actionable plans. A proactive, self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
