- **Process Management**: Develop, implement, and enhance operational procedures and workflows to ensure seamless and efficient business operations.

- **Risk Management**: Identify potential operational risks and develop mitigation strategies to safeguard business continuity.
- **Communication**: Foster effective communication and collaboration between departments to facilitate smooth operations and problem-solving.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Drive a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance processes, increase efficiency, and reduce waste.
- **Health and Safety**: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and promote a safe working environment for all employees.
- **Reporting**: Generate regular reports on operational performance, highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommended actions to management**Inherent Requirements**

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, or a related field ie Sig Sigma Black Belt (relevant experience may substitute for formal education).
- Proven experience in an operations management role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in using operational software and tools.
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance.
- Proven track record of driving process improvement and operational efficiency.
- Budget management and financial acumen.
