Are you a detailed and communicative HR professional, with experience in HR operations, looking for a new challenge in a fast-paced global organisation?
**What you will be doing**:
As **HR Operations Specialist**, EMEA, you will report to the HR Solutions Leader who is based in Canada and your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Using HR’s portal and case management system, taking responsibility for end-to-end case management
- Provide effective and prompt solutions to customer inquiries, and deliver an excellent customer experience
- Support with pre-onboarding, lifecycle, and off boarding processes, ensuring required information is collected and maintained
- Create, maintain, and keep all employee records/files up to date, utilizing HR systems
- Perform technical and administrative HR Solutions duties such as employment verification letters, filing government reports etc.
- Identify and support continuous improvement opportunities and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives in processes and systems
- Support domestic and international mobility cases. This includes but is not limited to immigration facilitation.
- Fleet Management Administration
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- Relevant HR Operations/HS Shared Service Center experience
- Strong technical skills and experience with MS Office and using an HRIS system, previous experience with ServiceNow HRSD and Oracle HCM is advantageous
- Solid customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proven attention to detail while effectively managing multiple demands and competing priorities
- Excellent time management skills and ability to maintain flexibility under tight and fluctuating deadlines.
- Understanding of social legislation (labor law, employment law). Knowledge of global legislation would be advantageous
- Flexibility to occasionally work outside of regular hours to support global operations (if necessary due to different time zones).
- High proficiency in the English language. Knowledge of French or German is advantageous
