**JOB PURPOSE**
- To manage and coordinate the implementation, configuration, customization and maintenance of all HR systems
- To introduce additional services, as well as enhancements to HR systems in accordance with best practice
- To ensure integration across various HR systems
- With the Party Information Systems and Finance departments, to ensure integration between HR systems and other systems in the Party
- To ensure all system updates are processed timeously
- To act as the liaison between the HR department and the various system related service providers
- Providing support to, and resolving queries of, internal stakeholders

**ROLE CONTEXT**

**External Environment**

The Digital HR Specialist will be required to be the main point of contact between the Party and several service providers to ensure the efficiency of our systems.

**Internal Environment**

The Digital HR Specialist will serve as the Party’s expert in terms of matters relating to all HR systems, including the employee self-service portal. This will require constant liaison with staff and management in this regard.

The Digital HR Specialist will be required to support management and employees in terms of new releases as well as updates to functionality.

R41 000.00 CTC and is a permanent position

**Salary**: Up to R41,000.00 per month
