If you align with our values, then join us **Core Activities**- Deliver seamless experience by solving complex queries coming from business- Closely collaborate with HR People Partners, People Managers, Shared Service Center, ContactOne and COEs- Manage HR communication to employees (SharePoint, internal sites, MS Team channels etc)- Own the local and global HR processes and monitor its performance - engage continuous process improvements incl. automation and digitisation- Implement HR regulations, policies, handbook updates, template management- Administer onboarding and off-boardings- Local country onboarding; setting new starters up for success including induction- Provide immigration support, work permit and visa support and advice to the business, working in partnership with immigration experts- Oversight of local young talent programmes (graduates/interns and youth initiatives)- Manage Wellbeing initiatives - Employee Assistance program and wellbeing initiatives and events- Handle simple employee relations cases (verbal warnings, initial discussions with Line Managers)- Lead all SLAs with providers, and the full invoice and payment process- Co-ordinate external and internal audits specifically DEI Audits and HR Projects- Together with the People Manager and the WE MEA Operations Manager execute all the governance or risk management standards, legal, regulatory, compliance and audit requirements and other necessary controls are in place (including grace reporting for operational events and incidents)- Analyse key people data along the employee value change and provide insights and reports- Ensure regulatory and internal submissions at required quality and on time- Conduct general HR administration and operations across the full lifecycle- Payroll review including 4-eye checks- Support recruiting activities in line with the applicable service model **About the team** We are an essential part of the HR team. We make sure the processes, policies, and front facing HR actives are working accurately. We touch everything within HR. We have a diverse, high-energy team, and we have fun working in a fast-paced environment. **Professional** **Experience** **and** **Skills**- Bachelor or Associate degree preferred, further education in the field of Human Resources is helpful.- 4 years of work experience, preferably HR, Finance or Accounting- Sound knowledge of HR end to end value chain, experience with reward consulting, knowledge of local legislation, benefits, and market trends- Exceptional MS Office skills and HR systems experience- Detail originated with excellent prioritization skills.- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a desire to build relationships, able to understand business needs- Critical problem thinker with ability to incorporate data and technology driven approaches and decisions- Project mind set. Ability to follow through to the end- Sound knowledge of compliance and legal frameworks- Be curious, and stretch yourself beyond what you know
