The role of an HR Business Partner is a critical component in any organization, tasked with providing strategic support to operational teams. The primary objective of this position is to develop and implement effective HR strategies that align with business goals, ensuring optimal workforce performance. Key Responsibilities Collaborate closely with operational leaders to understand their strategic objectives and provide tailored HR solutions. Tackle the full spectrum of HR functions, encompassing : Talent acquisition and recruitment, centered on operational workforce plans. A seamless employee experience through efficient onboarding and induction processes comprehensive offboarding procedures, including exit interviews and analysis for informed retention strategies. Deliver expert support on employee relations, addressing disciplinary processes, grievances, incapacity matters, and conflict resolution. Evaluate and apply HR policies consistently, ensuring compliance with relevant labor legislation. Support succession planning and talent development initiatives. Analyze HR metrics and trends to inform leadership decision-making. Participate in change management and organizational development projects. Serve as a trusted advisor to operational leaders, promoting sound people management practices. Maintain HR compliance through thorough documentation, audits, and statutory reporting. Key Responsibilities for Payroll & HR Administration Managing payroll schedules, processing payroll data and reconciliations, submitting reports to senior management, resolving payroll-related queries, overseeing leave management, preparing EMP returns, maintaining accurate records, administering pension and insurance schemes, and submitting STATSSA reports. Required Skills Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships. Broad business acumen and capacity to align HR strategy with operational needs. Confident decision-making and problem-solving under pressure. Excellent communication and facilitation abilities. High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
