**Role Purpose**

Source, develop and deploy information, electronic learning content and digital media to stakeholders through agreed channels of delivery. Provide coordination support of all Human Capital processes and project management lifecycle in order to ensure successful delivery of various projects

**Requirements**:
**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Matric
- Degree (NQF 7) in Industrial Psychology or Human Resource Management
- Project Management certificate (advantageous)

**EXPERIENCE**:

- 2-3 years Human Capital coordination experience
- Knowledge of and experience in HR practices and legislation
- Excellent English language oral and written communication skills
- Working knowledge of web technologies (HTML5, Java script, CSS)
- High degree of proficiency with the Adobe creative suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier Pro, After Effects)
- In-depth knowledge of SCORM technologies
- Understanding adult based learning theories

**Duties & Responsibilities**

**INTERNAL PROCESSES**

**Onboarding and Induction**
- Proactively engage with employee’s pre-employment to enhance employee experience
- Track and drive on-boarding and induction process
- Maintain and update on-boarding and induction documents and follow up on outstanding

**Benefits**
- Provide support to employees on employee benefits such as health benefits, retirement plans etc.
- Assist employees complete and submit relevant paperwork and ensure compliance is within legislative requirements and standards
- Provide guidance on HC processes, policies and procedures and benefits (such as performance excellence, annual increase, bursaries, maternity leave, leave surrender, long service etc.) and employee benefits
- Provide reports and highlight trends to proactively provide guidance to employees about the impact of any life changes or events
- Proactively engage with employees regarding new benefit options, updates, legislative changes etc to ensure ongoing engagement with benefits or products
- Arrange benefits information sessions (EVP, medical aid and retirement scheme) for all new employees to assist with their financial wellness choices
- Coordinate and support the exit of employees to ensure the employee experience remains engaging and risk are mitigated

**Employee Relations**:

- Labour relations administration (disciplinary hearings, incapacity, grievances)
- Support the business in Disciplinary matters, ensure IR policies are consistently adhered to within the business and advise management on good IR practice.
- Coordinates and attends all disciplinary hearings (scheduling of chairperson, review initiators packs etc.)
- Capture, file and scan all disciplinary documentation to the relevant employee’s file (i.e., capturing of warnings)
- Assist in the gathering of evidence and case information for CCMA matters

**Data & Process Mapping**
- Be the custodian of HR Administration
- Completes all letters, templates, contracts, benefits documentation in an accurate and timely manner
- Ensure all employee files are up to date with all documentation electronic employee files
- Provides regular and thorough HR reports to assigned business areas and HR leadership team
- Process updates on HR policies and procedures within required template including process flows generation
- Coordinate the implementation of process mapping systems and processes tools in line with the required time, cost, and quality standards.
- Contribute to the development of the project scope and processes in collaboration with stakeholders to ensure that project deliverables and expectations are clearly articulated and aligned to the business objectives

4. Identify and assign resources and stakeholder required for the execution or implementation of the project

- Continuously develop own expertise in terms of professional, industry and legislation knowledge

**FINANCE**

**CONTRIBUTE TO FINANCIAL CONTROLS AND PLANNING**
- Control and check licensing acquisition and renewals for authorisation
- Prepare and check invoices and arrange for payment of license acquisition and renewals
- Identify solutions to enhance cost effectiveness
