**Role Purpose**
- The **Talent Attraction Consultant**role is responsiblefor coordinating the talent and selection process from end to end to ensure that MDS hires top talent. Additionally, the role consults and works closely with the hiring panel to ensure relevant sourcing techniques and appropriate assessment frameworks are applied, while ensuring compliance and adhering to group policies and employment legislations.

**Requirements**:
**Qualifications**:

- Degree (NQF 8) in Industrial Psychology or Human Resource Management
- Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in human resources or any other relevant field (essential)
- Registered Psychometrist/ Industrial Psychologist (essential)

**Experience**:

- 1-3 years’ experience in a HR role, Talent Attraction or any relevant role within the Financial services
- Previous experience as in a generalist or specialist function is essential
- Experience with digitization and agile work methodologies will be an advantage

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- **
- Partner with HC Business Partners and Leaders to attract the right talent that is in line with the business strategy for Momentum Distribution Services.
- Builds a talent pipeline for critical roles within MDS- Manages this pipeline and ensure that it is active.
- Uses different recruitment platforms to attract and source top talent for MDS employees
- Consistently timely and quality shortlist to the HCBP during the recruitment
- Suggest new ideas for improving talent acquisition activities
- Promote MDS’s culture as “best place to work”
- **
Recruitment and talent acquisition**
- Coordinates, tracks and drives the recruitment and talent acquisition process to ensure all placements are done within the average time to hire.
- Ensures and understands job requirements from hiring leader and human capital business partner.
- Arranges interviews and ensures the necessary interview packs are always provided to the recruitment panel.
- Ensures verification checks are conducted timely, and feedback provided to inform selection decisions
- Coordinates all small and large recruitment projects
- ensures accurate tracking and feedback.

Administration and Reporting
- Administer and submit all hiring paperwork for new employees
- Reviews background checks and reports and flags any risks/concerns to the HCBP.
- Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement in talent and sourcing activities.
- Plays a vital role in drafting and updating of role profiles
- Work closely with the Human Capital Business partner to develop interview questions that reflects the requirements of each role within MDS
- Provides a monthly report to Head of Human Capital on recruitment trends and processes
