Role Purpose

The Human Capital Consultant (HCC) (Generalist) is responsible for the end-to-end Human Capital Operations deliverables. The incumbent will be responsible for the implementation of the talent acquisition processes, relevant sourcing techniques and appropriate assessment frameworks while ensuring compliance and adhering to employment legislation. The HCC will provide assistance, information and guidance to employees on benefits such as medical aid, retirement plans and Human capital processes to increase employee satisfaction and retention. The HCC Source, develop and deploy information, electronic learning content and digital media to stakeholders through agreed channels of delivery. Provide coordination support of all Human Capital processes and project management lifecycle in order to ensure successful delivery of various projects.
Requirements

Qualifications:

- Degree (NQF 7) in Industrial Psychology or Human Resource Management
- E-Learning, Digital media-related qualification (advantageous)
- Project Management certificate (advantageous)
- Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in human resources or any other relevant field.
- Registered Psychometrist/ Industrial Psychologist.

**Experience**:

- 3 - 5 years experience in an HR role
- Previous experience in a generalist or specialist function, such as Talent Management and OD being advantageous
- Experience with digitization and agile work methodologies will be an advantage
- Registered Psychometry ( advantageous)

Knowledge:

- Knowledge of and experience in HC practices and legislation
- Business process knowledge
Duties & Responsibilities

Coordination:

- Coordinate all components of recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Coordinating of interviews, psychometric testing and verification checks within relevant time frames.
- Partner with HC Business Partners and Leaders to attract the right talent that is in line with the business strategy for Momentum Intermediary Solutions.
- Contribute to the recruitment process by keeping abreast of developments or innovations within the talent acquisition environment.
- Provide reports and highlight trends to proactively provide guidance to employees about the impact of any life changes or events.
- Proactively engage with employees regarding new benefit options, updates, legislative changes etc to ensure ongoing engagement with benefits or products.
- Arrange benefits information sessions (EVP, medical aid and retirement scheme) for all new employees to assist with their financial wellness choices.
- Coordinate and support the exit of employees to ensure the employee experience remains engaging and risks are mitigated.

Recruitment tracking:

- Track and drive the recruitment process.
- Maintain and update recruitment tracking documents and follow up on outstanding.

Psychometric assessment practice
- Evaluating and advising on suitable assessment battery for the position.
- Report writing
- Introduce best practice thought.

Onboarding and Induction:

- Proactively engage with employees pre-employment to enhance employee experience.
- Track and drive onboarding and induction process.
- Maintain and update onboarding and induction documents and follow up on outstanding.

**Benefits**:

- Provide support to employees on employee benefits such as health benefits, retirement plans etc.
- Assist employees to complete and submitting relevant paperwork and ensuring compliance is within legislative requirements and standards.
- Provide guidance on HC processes, policies and procedures and benefits (such as performance excellence, annual increase, bursaries, maternity leave, leave surrender, long service etc.) and employee benefits.

Recruitment, Selection and Onboarding
- Partners with HCBPs with the development of Job Profiles and Specifications.
- Advertising of vacancies on all different platforms.
- Shortlisting of CV’s and conducting interviews in partnership with the relevant hiring manager within the stipulated SLA.
- Booking psychometric assessments and assisting with report writing.
- Reference checks.
- Timeous induction and onboarding of new recruits.
- Administration of appointment process, including offer letters and employment contracts.

***Administration and Reporting
- Be the custodian of the HR Administration.
- Completes all letters, contracts, and benefits documentation in an accurate and timely manner.
- Provides regular and thorough HR reports to assigned business areas and the HR leadership team.
- Provides benefits administration.
- Conduct stay and exit Interviews.
- Process updates on HR policies and procedures within the required template including
