Job title: Human Capital Administrator Job Location: Gauteng, Centurion Deadline: December 15, 2025 Role Purpose To provide administrative support on the full end‑to‑end human capital processes and practices which will enable the HC team to meet set deliverables and ensure a great employee experience within Momentum Investments. Requirements Knowledge of Human Resource Management principles, practices, and relevant South African legislation (BCEA, EEA, LRA). 1–2 years of administrative experience within a Human Resources / Human Capital function. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deliverables effectively. Strong service orientation. Highly organised and efficient. Professional and well‑presented, serving as the first point of contact for Momentum Investments Group. Willingness to learn and adapt to ensure alignment with best practice and group processes. Ability to operate effectively in a changing environment. Strong communication and responsiveness: Able to manage fast‑paced, multi‑platform communication (email, Teams, chat, meetings), pick up administrative action points shared by leaders, respond appropriately, and proactively loop in or elevate to the HCBP or HC Lead to ensure continuity and follow‑through. Duties & Responsibilities On all processes and systems, proactively identify opportunities for process enhancements to boost efficiency and provide actionable recommendations. Contribute to and champion process efficiencies within the human capital administration function to enhance and optimise the human capital value chain. Provide administrative support for ad‑hoc people practices, including but not limited to organisational design, talent management, and culture initiatives. Actively engage with employees and leaders; ensure that information is dealt with professionally and confidentially. Inform the senior HC team of any themes/feedback from the floor proactively to address problems that could affect high performance. Recruitment Collaborate closely with Human Capital Business Partners to execute sourcing and recruitment objectives, managing all aspects of recruitment administration in strict accordance with established processes. Apply for position numbers, advertise roles on Neptune and LinkedIn. Screen CVs and source suitable candidates to support the HCBP. Conduct interviews exclusively for entry‑level roles and oversee end‑to‑end recruitment administration. Ensure prospective employees are contacted and engaged professionally. Organise Wamly interviews, booking, and follow‑up; ensure timely completion. Advance interview information for all parties. Guarantee interview day experience from arrival to departure. Support line managers and HCBPs during interviews by checking in and offering support. Book assessment centre processes and schedule feedback sessions. Complete all relevant MIE and Directive 8 checks, support reference checks, draft offers, create package calculators, and send offers ensuring POPIA compliance. Onboarding & Induction Ensure successfully appointed candidates complete all relevant paperwork for effective onboarding. Execute benefit consulting and administration meticulously, adhering to established processes. Offer administrative support and guidance on employee benefits. Submit documentation to payroll in a timely, well‑organised manner for all employee types. Inform PA team of new employee details to set up computer and access. Work with OD team to invite new employees to Momentum Investments Induction. Provide Employee Engagement team with new employee details for monthly welcome mailer. Deliver welcome packs and introduce new starters on first day, welcoming them to manager and team. Employee Relation Support Provide administrative support for employee relations matters: booking meetings or enquiries, drafting minutes or notes, drafting warnings where required, preparing enquiry information or packs. For S189 processes, ensure quick and efficient handling, consulting HC professional for correctness. Query Support Manage all queries through the internal PeopleTrax system, ensuring responses align with SLAs and TATs. Ensure a great experience for employees seeking support. Empower employees with self‑service where applicable. Data Tracking & Reporting Contribute to accuracy of headcount reports aligned with master data. Track recruitment process activities, generate reports, and manage off‑boarding processes for all exit scenarios. Maintain employee information and documentation across systems; update and upload documents. Keep staff movements, vacancy lists, and trackers up to date. Support ad‑hoc projects as needed.
