The core purpose of the position is to be able to assist with administrative tasks and assist with coordination of various resources & tools in the implementation of small to large scale projects in a cost-effective manner and against pre-defined timelines, using asset control and management of human resources. And to provide Administrative support to various Project Leads.

**Key Responsibilities**
- To be aware of and adhere to required policies and Procedures
- Run reports to communicate progress and project performance to the relevant Internal audiences
- Provide updates and support in the development of daily and weekly reports, dashboards and other communications
- Contact sites telephonically to get relevant project related information
- Serve as a project librarian, keeping accurate records of project documentation
- Creating electronic project packs
- Add project to Project Dashboard
- Submitting electronic Purchase Requests to Finance
- Submitting electronic Purchase Orders to AssetMangement
- Request courier cost from Finance where applicable
- Request Proof of Delivery of stock where applicable
- Log calls for relevant projects on HEAT
- Updating Project Calls on Heat with invoicing details
- Closing calls for relevant projects on HEAT when project has been completed
- Update relevant project reports where applicable
- Collate worksheets and required Project documentation
- Complete recons for Project Lead signoff
- Complete feasibilites
- Electronic filing of invoicing
- Able to support and back-up project lead when needed
- Communicate project delays and risks
- Provide daily accurate feedback and reports as required
- Supply relevant project documentation when and if required
- Maintain project work and resource schedules on a weekly basis
- Manage project work and resourse schedules on a daily basis
- Confirm relevant scope of work with resources
- Assisting with external scheduling and communication

**Minimum Requirements**
- Matric, preferably an NQF level 5 relevant qualification
- 2 - 3 years experience in a similar role

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: From R10,000.00 per month
