Are you someone who can:
- Develop and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs aligned with the bank's strategic goals.
- Provide guidance and support to our Broader Africa subsidiaries, HR business partners and Reward teams on reward-related matters.
- Conduct market research and benchmarking to ensure our reward packages are competitive and compliant with industry standards.
- Collaborate with the Broader Africa HR and business leaders to design incentive plans that drive performance and align with business objectives.
- Analyze compensation data and trends to provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policies related to compensation and benefits.
- Manage the annual salary review process, including budgeting, analysis, and communication.
- Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on compensation and benefits offerings.
- Participate in compensation surveys and analyze survey results to inform reward strategies.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of reward programs and make necessary adjustments.
- Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree,
- Experience: 5-8 years years of experience within the Reward field.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of compensation and benefits regulations and best practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Professional certification (e.g., CCP, GRP) is a plus
