To partner with business units to develop, implement the reward policy and strategies,, processes and procedures and ensure best practice.

Are you someone who can:

- Ensure development and continuous value add improvement to operational processes.
- Develop, encourage and nurture collaborative relationships across area of specialisation.
- Display and encourage an appreciation of teamwork and inclusivity.
- Participate in planned activities that are appropriate for own development.
- Provide input into the development of the tactical strategy and develop and implement a supporting operational strategy.
- Compile reports that track progress and guide business to make informed decisions.
- Demonstrate abilities to build and give input into dashboards to provide key Reward insights
- Manages risks in own area of responsibility.
- Build working relationships across teams and functional lines to enhance work delivery, collaboration and innovation.
- Creates solutions to meet customer demands to deliver internal and external customer service excellence through adherence to quality service standards.
- Deliver customer experience excellence in own service delivery aligned to Organizational values and service standards.
- Control expenditure and identify process improvements to contain and reduce costs.
- Guide and execute reward and remuneration processes, manage projects and reward programs as required.
- Qualification: Diploma or Bachelors Degree, GRP
- Experience: 5-8 years years of experience within the Reward field.
