**Customer Relations Officer (Brand Ambassador) **to join their team based in Pietermaritzburg, KZN.

**Requirements**:

- Grade 12
- Must have 3-5 years experience in a senior client services management role
- Ability to manage marketing projects
- Excellent communication skills
- Customer-oriented
- Proven relationship building skills
- Computer literate
- Motor industry experience

**Duties (but not limited to)**:

- Maintain an ongoing relationship with key customers
- Build trusting relationships with clients
- Monitor relationships with existing clients through CRM systems.
