Job Title: Customer Service Representative - French

Job Location: Pietermaritzburg, KZN

We are actively seeking bilingual Customer Service Representatives. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support through various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
- Assist customers in navigating through the company's website or online platforms.

Identify and assess customer needs to achieve effective problem resolution.
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints in a professional and empathetic manner.

Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately.
- Update customer accounts with relevant information and transaction details.
- Stay informed about the company's products, services, and promotions.
- Provide product recommendations and information to customers.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with customers, colleagues, and other internal

stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. Utilize

customer relationship management (CRM) tools to log information.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills to address customer concerns and find

satisfactory solutions.
- Share insights and feedback from customer interactions to contribute to continuous

improvement. Adapt to changes in company policies, procedures, and products.

Embrace a flexible approach to handle diverse customer situations.
- Meet or exceed established performance metrics, such as response time, resolution

time, and customer satisfaction scores.

Requirements:

- Must be fluent in French and English, both verbal and written.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification is a plus.
- Proven experience in customer service or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a

fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset.

Our working hours are aligned with the US time zone, with potential shifts ranging from 3 pm to 12 am, 5 pm to 3 am, and/or 7 pm to 4 am South African time (SAST). If you're a dedicated
