**Qualifications**:
- Completed Diploma in Accounting
- 4 to 6 years’ experience in similar role.
**Skills**:
- Excel knowledge
- MS Office
**Job description**:
- Follow up on requirements, processing claims.
- Account queries, arrear premiums, cancellations, and double deductions relations.
- Ensure disclosure letters and Fais requirements are complete
- Prospecting -Tele sales calling for new business.
- Sending thank you, disclosure and pol schedules.
- Capturing new bus on Xplan and new bus/pipe spread sheet.
- Presenting and following up on quotations issued
- Capturing quote info & utilising the various quote platforms available
- Load task and ensure continuously updated.
- In-house Servicing and amendments
- Review at renewal stage
- Call existing clients on database cross sell to offer short term insurance.
- Call leads brought in by Brokers and do quotes.
