Operations & Admin Coordinator

**Summary**:
The purpose of this position is to assist in the development and support of **Emakina South Africa** which provides technical/creative support for other entities within Emakina Group and EPAM. To provide **operational support**, assist in establishing and maintaining a running organization, **managing internal processes** and providing overall assistance in the achievement of common company goals. The role is dedicated to assist in **scouting best talents**, to **attract and retain resource**s and contribute to the overall operational plan and strategy while coordinating and managing with different stakeholders internally and externally.
**Your Responsibilities**:
**Management/ Recruitment / Talent retention**
- Assist with hiring and the onboarding development process, including fostering professional relationships with employees.
- Assist with managing the branch team in an effective adoption, implementation and compliance with local laws policies, processes, procedures, tools and business best practices.
**Internal Customer Satisfaction**
- Manage the branch resources and energies to meet or exceed customer (mainly internal) requirements
- Manage relationship with local suppliers, partners and third parties.
**Cost Control**
- Ensure continuous improvement through identifying, collection and reporting key process, results metrics & measurements.
**Finance**
- Contribute to all operational activities, understand and manage opex scope (entity development) and deployment, overhead cost ratios, and ensure spending allocation on the monthly forecasts (expenditure budget).
- Financial requirements of our cost of operations, review of salary budget, negotiations and employment contract finalization.
- Assist with managing branch resources to appropriately balance customer satisfaction, financial return (profit) and efficient use of financial assets (working capital) in tandem with the appointed accounting agency.
**Resource Planning**
- Managing planning and resource processes between entity and Emakina Group & EPAM.
- Implement and manage the necessary human resource practices, including the selection, training and recognition of team members.
- Manage priorities in selection, hiring and onboarding.
**Health, Safety and statutory compliance**
- Ensure appropriate business management practices and policies are implemented to assure process and audit controls are in place.
**Knowledge, Skills & Abilities**:
**Education level and/or relevant experience(s)**
- BS degree or equivalent required.
**Knowledge & Skills**
- Five plus years’ experience in recruitment and management.
- Demonstrated ability to hire effectively and retain talent.
- Managed cost expenditure and overhead management processes.
- Expertise in communicating, negotiating and implementing process.
**Other Requirements**
- High degree of business acumen with primary orientation toward process/systems, speed, cost quality and creating customer value and results.
- Cognitive skills: analytical and problem solving skills, as well as ability to provide a sound and reliable judgment in complex situations.

**Key Objectives**:
We expect you to complete the following main objectives in 6 months' time:
- Be the key contact person for all integration matters within Emakina Group & EPAM.
- Managing employees’ expectations for HR related matters.
- Liaising with third party for Finance & Accounting, on all payment and receivable matters.
- Implementing building office and employee policies for the entity (in compliancy with South African laws and regulations).
