Be the face and voice of our business, taking charge of customer satisfaction and service retention efforts.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle reception duties with a welcoming, professional attitude
- Manage customer service enquiries.
- Conduct regular **follow-up calls** to ensure customer satisfaction and build loyalty
- Carry out **service retention** activities, including reminders, bookings.
- Perform general administrative duties to support the team and maintain accurate records
- Use Microsoft Office tools to produce documentation, reports, and communications

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a customer service, front desk, or retention role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in **Microsoft Office** (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- A **valid driver’s license**:

- A positive, solutions-focused mindset and a strong team ethic

**Job Type**: Temp to perm

License/Certification:

- Drivers license (preferred)
