As the Duty Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hotel to ensure smooth functioning and exceptional guest experiences. Your responsibilities will include:
Supervising staff across various departments, including front desk, housekeeping, and food and beverage, to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to standards.

Handling guest enquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally, striving to resolve issues to the satisfaction of guests.

Monitoring and maintaining hotel facilities, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and proper functioning of equipment.

Assisting with staff training and development initiatives to uphold service excellence and promote a positive work environment.

Managing shift schedules and ensuring adequate staffing levels to meet operational requirements.

Collaborating with other managers and departments to coordinate special events, promotions, and guest services.

Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a luxury hotel setting.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to multitask effectively.

Knowledge of hotel operations, including front office procedures, housekeeping standards, and food and beverage service.

Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
