The Spa Manager must be a socially focused, detail orientated and highly organised individual with the ability to operate under pressure.

**Requirements**:
Must have at least 4 years' experience in a 4 or 5 star spa environment in management or senior therapist position.

Must have Cidesco and ITEC qualifications

PC literacy with working knowledge of Microsoft Office Outlook, Word and Excel

Experience with scheduling of spa staff

Excellent command of the English language with solid verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills

Proven experience with stock control, budgets, cost control, general administration and ability to do revenue reports

Proven experience with training and protocols

Able to work flexible working hours; shifts, weekends, public holidays, extended hours to accommodate the changing needs of the business

**Responsibilities**:
To support and manage the Spa in the day-to-day operation; being actively present in the operation.

Ensure a guest satisfaction check of every guest within the department; dealing with any concerns and complaints in accordance with company service recovery guidelines; and personally checking the quality of both service and product on a continuous basis

Experience managing of 10 - 20 or more therapists.

Spa Standards: understand and implement all policies as outlined in the Policies and Procedures.

Implementing all procedures and systems with regards to guest satisfaction from telephone etiquette, scheduling of appointments, time management, opening and closing and daily duties for all staff - to be checked

Checking appointment schedules to avoid any mistakes.
