Operation and Client Manager

We are looking for an experienced operations executive to join our team at Lightbulb Edtech.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage daily operations of the company, including coordinating with various departments to ensure the smooth functioning of all processes.
- Develop and implement efficient operational strategies and policies to maximize productivity and minimize costs.
- Work closely with senior management to identify business opportunities, develop strategies, and monitor progress towards business goals.
- Conduct regular audits of internal processes to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and partners.
**Requirements**:
- At least 3 years of experience in operations management or a related field.
- Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing operational strategies.
- Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Has the ability to take initiative.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management or a related field is a plus.
- Knowledge of the Edtech industry is a plus.
