Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Manager: Client Care Operations based in Cape Town. The Manager: Client Care Operations will be responsible for overseeing and managing client care functions to ensure exceptional customer service. This includes supervising and training client care teams, developing and implementing client service strategies, resolving escalated customer issues, and maintaining a high level of satisfaction among clients. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless operations and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Experience with client care management, including supervision and training
  • Skills in developing and implementing client service strategies
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities for resolving escalated issues
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organizational skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Previous experience in the banking or finance industry is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field is beneficial
