Known for their exceptional service and 24-hour turnaround, they are expanding their operations team to support continued growth and deliver a seamless client experience from booking to delivery.The Role: Operations Manager Client Engagement & SchedulingThis is a dynamic, client-facing role at the heart of daily operations. As the Operations Manager, youll manage inbound bookings, allocate jobs across a mobile field team, and support real-time problem-solving across London. You'll be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth coordination and upholding the companys high service standards.Key ResponsibilitiesMinimum 3 years experience in operations, scheduling, or client service rolesManage daily diaries and book appointments via phone and emailSchedule jobs efficiently across a team of photographers and floor plan specialistsProvide real-time support to field teams, handling delays, access issues, and on-the-day changesHandle accurate, same-day invoicingDeliver excellent customer service as the main client contactBuild and maintain strong relationships with estate agents and repeat clientsUpsell services where appropriate to maximise revenue per bookingIdentify and implement improvements to streamline internal processes About YouMinimum 3 years experience in a fast-paced operations or customer-facing environmentArticulate, enthusiastic, and professional phone mannerCalm under pressure with excellent real-time problem-solving skillsHighly organised with strong attention to detailConfident using Google Workspace and Microsoft Office; CRM or scheduling software experience a plusKnowledge of Greater London and UK estate agency workflows is advantageousBackground in same-day or 24-hour turnaround services, logistics, or field team coordination beneficial
