Our **ICT Solutions Client** is looking for a dynamic and experienced **ICT Sales Manager** to join their team in **Western Cape.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage a team of salespeople, providing coaching, guidance, and support to achieve sales targets and drive results.
- Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve sales objectives, including identifying opportunities for business growth and expansion.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in the ICT industry, including Office Automation, VBX, Wireless/Fibre Connectivity, Cloud Services, CCTV, Solar, and other solutions, to effectively advise customers and drive sales.
- Establish, maintain, and develop business relationships with key stakeholders, such as partners, vendors, and other relevant parties.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and make strategic recommendations.
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on sales performance, market trends, and other relevant information.
- Train and develop sales team members, providing ongoing coaching and performance feedback to ensure continuous improvement and achievement of targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and technical support, to ensure seamless sales processes and customer satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Valid driver's license and own car for transportation.
- Strong knowledge of Office Automation, VBX, Wireless/Fibre Connectivity, Cloud Services, CCTV, Solar, and other solutions will be advantageous.
- Proven experience in managing a sales team and achieving sales targets in the ICT industry.
- Ability to develop and execute strategic plans, analyze market trends, and identify business opportunities.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, partners, and other stakeholders.
- Ability to understand category-specific business landscapes and trends in the area of management.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.

**TCTC per month**: R18 000 to R25 000 pm plus 10% of bottom-line of the sales area.

**Salary**: R18,000.00 - R25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Cape Town, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- managing a sales team and achieving sales targets: 1 year (required)
