The primary purpose of this role is to co-ordinate, schedule, track administer, and support reporting on all training delivered by the Merchants Capability Academy Team

**Working at NTT**

Tracking and reporting:

- Monitors and reports on course attendance, exceptions, course evaluation, trainer feedback and proof of learning for all Merchants Capability Academy training.
- Compiles and delivers accurate reports and statistics for review within agreed timelines.
- Compiles and updates reporting required for the Merchants Capability Academy and its clients.
- Captures accurate training data into defined templates for ROI reporting.
- Maintains the skills matrices for various business roles and the auditing of existing skills and current qualifications.

Administration and coordination:

- Maintains all training documents and records for face-to-face, blended, and online learning on the Flex platform and other relevant repositories.
- Obtains quotes for printing and stationary for training interventions which are face-to-face or blended.
- Keeps training records and files up to date for Annual Training Report (ATR) section of Workplace Skills Plan (WSP).
- Responsible for the logístical management of enablers for learning delivery, invitations/cancellations for participators, training venues and training links, equipment, connectivity, training materials, pre
- and post-assessments, evaluation forms and catering if required.
- Prepares and ensures training material is available and accessible to trainers and consultants.
- Organizes training rooms, both Instructor-led Training (ILT) and Virtually Instructor-led Training (VILT) classrooms, and other logistics required.

Flex platform administration:

- Responsible for user data management including the uploading of new users, the editing of existing user information as required, and the deletion of users no longer relevant for training on Flex.
- Manages all training assignments including the assignment of learning, content and VILT classroom sessions as per requirements.
- Schedules and coordinates VILT classroom sessions including the creation of virtual events, the uploading of supporting documentation, participation lists, monitoring and reporting on registration and attendance.
- Manages learning records to maintain alignment with up-to-date skills matrices of Merchants SA staff.
- Maintains documents and records online
- Schedules and exports learning reports as per requirements.

**Knowledge**
- Matric certificate or NQF equivalent
- Minimum of 2 year work experience in corporate HR, Skills or learning administration
