**Job Advert Summary**:
**Purpose of the position**

The purpose of the Skills Development Facilitator is to promote learning and development in the organisation, and to ensure skills planning, implementation and record keeping is carried out in line with legislative and organisational requirements. Work closely with programme staff to ensure that skills development is implemented as planned, and correctly recorded and reported in line with the organisations’ Workplace Skills Plan (WSP) and Annual Training Report (ATR) and available.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Higher Certificate/Diploma in Adult Education, Training and Development or HR Diploma
- Accredited Skills Development Facilitator
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in skills development, training and development, coordinating of learnerships and familiar with SETA & BBBEE reporting
- Working knowledge of SharePoint or online document libraries
- Sound knowledge of skills development legislation
- Clear criminal record

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Conduct skills planning and compile training plans
- Coordinate SETA projects, accredited skills training and BBBEE implementation
- Support and facilitate onboarding and work readiness for interns, learnerships and support staff
- Implement and support administration and data capturing
- Support learning and development in the organisation
- Ad-hoc tasks
