The role is to support and retention of strategic relationships with targeted Customer Accounts. Understand the customer’s business, key drivers of their business, their plans, their key concerns and their views of as a preferred supplier.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Matric, Grade 12 or equivalent qualification
- Microsoft Office Competence, Word, Excel, Power Point, a prerequisite
- Higher Certificate, Diploma in Business Management, Customer Services, Public relations prerequisite for this role.
- Kerridge, CRM database knowledge advantageous.
- Using the various channels to communicate and provide feedback to customers.
- Demonstrated experience in working with and delivering with Customer and their expectations.
- Ability to negotiate, with both internal and external customers.
- Ability to promptly respond to customer enquiries,
- Demonstrate effective listening skills.
- Demonstrated competence in analysis of customer issue.
- Demonstrate the ability to interpret, organize and summarize customer information.
- Must know our product and services inside and out to effectively answer customer questions.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Johannesburg, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
