Join our client's dynamic team where your expertise in property sales administration and CRM management will flourish. We're seeking individuals proficient in handling a CRM similar to Pipeline, with a knack for exceeding KPIs across various Key Performance Areas:
**Streamlined Onboarding**: Spearhead the property onboarding process and orchestrate document packs, ensuring seamless coordination with all stakeholders.

**Efficient Stock Management**: Take charge of new property stock availability, liaising effectively with internal and external counterparts to maintain a cohesive workflow.

**Meticulous Property Management**: Maintain an up-to-date stock sheet, ensuring all property details are accurately recorded and readily accessible.

**Proactive Enquiry Management**: Handle property enquiries across multiple advertising portals, ensuring timely responses and effective follow-ups.

**Comprehensive Buyer Management**: Update and manage details of buyers meticulously, fostering strong relationships and facilitating seamless transactions.

**Strategic Marketing Initiatives**: Drive marketing and advertising efforts through brochures, mailers, marketing drops, and optimized property listings.

**Efficient Administrative Support**: From offer to purchase and deal tracking to tax preparation, ensure administrative tasks are executed with precision in CRM, supporting the seamless flow of operations.

**REQUIREMENTS**:
Minimum of 3 years within a Executive Assistant / Sales Support Administrator / Property Sales Admin role
Matric with relevant tertiary qualification
Experience within the Property / Conveyancing Industry advantageous

**MS Suite Office Applications**: Intermediate Advanced Level
Social Media Management (LinkedIn, Facebook, IG) and Software Applications (Salesforce / Pipeline or similar) would be advantageous
Strong administrator with a natural flair to engage and build relationships on all levels
Professional and well-presented eloquent communicator
Able to use initiative and have a creative eye (Advertising/Property Listings)
Own reliable vehicle and valid drivers licence
