Our client a Wine Farm in the beautiful Franschhoek valley seeks to employ a Quality Control Administrator / Sytems Controller.

**Responsibilities / Duties include**:
**Systems & Audits**

Applicable to: ISO14001, HACCP, SANS 1841, OHS, Global GAP, SMETA, HR policies, IPW, DOL; Supplier audits. Hereafter only referred to as systems and audits
- Assist with document control for systems and audits
- Audit scheduling, both external and internal - acts as internal auditor
- Follow up on CAN’s (corrective action notifications)
- Provide assistance with new procedures and work instructions
- Assist with updating procedures and policies according to legal register
- Assist with meeting minutes - OHS
- Electronic and hard copy filing

**Requirements**:

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (English & Afrikaans)
- 2-3 years’ experience within systems / document controlled environment
- Strong organisation skills
- Work well under pressure
- Computer Literate - Microsoft Office - ( Word ,Excel, PowerPoint)
- Must have own transport and be willing to travel to outside farms
- Grade 12 with Office Administration / similar certificate or diploma
