- Key Responsibilities: - Ensures that the Sales Team generates sales revenue in excess of the budget - Supports and builds up a motivated team to become customer focused - Interacts directly at management level with loyal and key customers. Also involved in assisting with problematic customers - Spends a high proportion of time with sales staff in the field in a coaching role - Ensures high level of communication with staff through one-on-one weekly meetings with Reps, weekly sales meetings, and briefing sessions - Reviews all supply contracts annually - Maintain up to date register with contracts and sales plans with timelines and critical milestones (such as contract expiring and price reviews) for the area/region - Responds to changes in cost prices and applies to indices to motivate price adjustments - Engages regularly with Buyers and Supply Managers to negotiate price adjustments - Maintains up to date market information that includes overall size and segmentation of each product category. This includes a filing system of competitor profiles - Annual customer satisfaction surveys are conducted, analyzed and recommends corrective actions to RM - Controls calling activities and expenses of Sales Reps - Provides on the job training to staff - Required to get to 95% on time delivery performance - Safety Health and Environment - Reporting and Communication - Perform any ad hoc duties when requested to-

- Experience - Direct sales of lifting, rigging and hoisting products - Building customer relationships - Dealing with complaints and resolving problems - Motivating of staff - Successful sales track record - winning back customers Experience in Business Management - Involved in implementation of strategic tactics - Experience in Public Speaking and Presentations
