Sales Manager

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales associates to meet and exceed sales targets, SLAs, and KPIs.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth for Mah Lize Park.
- Monitor daily sales activities and provide regular performance reports to senior management.
- Ensure that the team delivers excellent customer service, consistently meeting customer needs and expectations.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to increase customer loyalty and retention.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, provide coaching, and develop training programs to enhance team skills.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience and process improvement.
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and issues to ensure resolution in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with marketing and other teams to align sales strategies and campaigns.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales environment, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and team members.
- Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team development and performance management.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
- Ability to analyze sales performance data and use insights to drive improvements.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer escalations effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- A proactive and positive attitude with a drive for achieving success.
**Education**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
