**Key Account Manager**
We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Key Account Manager to drive sustainable growth for Nespresso Professional in the Catering channel through boosting sales and providing strong relationships with New and existing clients across the region.
**Main Responsibilities**:
- The ability to prospect and manage an existing account base as well as develop new business is essential
- Develop premium value proposition around Nespresso Professional service offering to contract caterers.
- Increase brand awareness into existing companies
- Responsible for the management and planning of all events and related activities
- Set up Tasting demos according to the plan agreed with the BTB Manager
- Training on Nespresso Professional products
- Ensure a professional sales service in accordance with the Nespresso Brand Image
- Accountable and responsible to ensure achievement of agreed Key Accounts targets/KPIs.
**What will make you successful**
- Experience in a similar position at least 3 - 5 years in contract caterers’ channel
- Experience in supplying/managing contract catering channels
- Proven sales track record
- Payment solution experience advantageous
- Premium Brand Management experience will be advantageous
- Must be able to travel
- Commercially proficiency and able to formulate KA P&L accounts
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills (MS Office)
- Strong Negotiation and Influencing skills

- Randburg, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
**Education**:
- High School (matric) (required)
**Experience**:
- sales in contract caterers: 5 years (preferred)
- Sales management: 4 years (preferred)
License/Certification:
- Code 8 Drivers License (preferred)
