**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
We are looking for a full-time Recruitment Coordinator to support us in identifying, engaging with and hiring A-player talent for HyperionDev as we continue to scale our team.

As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the full recruitment cycle which includes role initiation, applicant review, as well as interview coordination and scheduling. In addition, you will work in collaboration with our Internal Recruitment team in devising appropriate sourcing strategies, and conducting direct search using LinkedIn and other effective channels.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Providing administrative support for all stages of the hiring process.
- Advertising open roles on various channels including job boards, professional social networks and our careers page.
- Collating and loading all information for new roles on our ATS, Greenhouse.

**REQUIREMENTS**:
**_Minimum_**:

- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems or an HRMS.
- Excellent administrative skills, and proven experience of managing multiple diaries in different time zones.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to juggle and effectively prioritise various open positions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiar with a variety of job boards and social networks, such as LinkedIn.
- Passionate about the transformative impact of education and technology.

**_ Preferred_**:

- Tertiary qualification in HR or Organisational Psychology
- Prior work experience in a fast-scaling, startup environment
