As a Recruitment Coordinator, you'll play a key role in growing our network of in-center teachers for our dynamic online teaching platform. You'll be part of a small, agile team where flexibility, initiative, and a startup mindset are essential. Key Responsibilities

  • Candidate Engagement: Conduct initial interviews with teaching candidates to assess fit, provide insights into our platform, and answer questions.
  • Offer & Onboarding Support: Extend offers, manage documentation, and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed and uploaded accurately.
  • Candidate Communication: Serve as a point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment and onboarding process via email, phone, text, or in-person.
  • System Management: Utilize tools such as Salesforce, Calendly, Outlook, Adobe Sign,
  • Constant Contact, and Microsoft Office to manage recruitment workflows and communications.
  • Process Improvement: Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processesand candidate experience.

Essential Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and comfort with digital tools.
  • A proactive, adaptable mindset with the ability to pivot quickly in a fast-changing environment.

Preferred But Not Required

  • Experience in ESL teaching or education-related roles.
  • Familiarity with working with remote teams or independent contractors.
  • Exposure to HR processes, contracts, or compliance.
  • Background in recruitment, sales, or customer-facing roles
