As a Recruitment Coordinator, you'll play a key role in growing our network of in-center teachers for our dynamic online teaching platform. You'll be part of a small, agile team where flexibility, initiative, and a startup mindset are essential. Key responsibilities

Candidate Engagement: Conduct initial interviews with teaching candidates to assess fit, provide insights into our platform, and answer questions.

Offer & Onboarding Support: Extend offers, manage documentation, and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed and uploaded accurately.

Candidate Communication: Serve as a point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment and onboarding process via email, phone, text, or in-person.

System Management: Utilize tools such as Salesforce, Calendly, Outlook, Adobe Sign,

Constant Contact, and Microsoft Office to manage recruitment workflows and communications.

Process Improvement: Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processesand candidate experience.

Essential Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in any field.

Fluency in English (written and spoken).

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and comfort with digital tools.

A proactive, adaptable mindset with the ability to pivot quickly in a fast-changing environment.

Preferred but not required:

Experience in ESL teaching or education-related roles.

Familiarity with working with remote teams or independent contractors.

Exposure to HR processes, contracts, or compliance.

Background in recruitment, sales, or customer-facing roles
